Start your journey with a free, no-pressure call with Dr. Eric. This is your opportunity to share your story—what you've been dealing with, what you’ve tried, and where you’re hoping to go. Dr. Eric will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you determine whether his approach is the right fit for your needs. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to optimize how your body moves, this conversation lays the foundation for a partnership rooted in trust and clarity.

75-MINUTE IN-PERSON EVALUATION

If it feels like a fit after your discovery call, your next step is an in-depth, hands-on evaluation with Dr. Eric. During this 75-minute session, you’ll dive deep into your movement patterns, mobility, and areas of pain or restriction. You’ll have time to ask questions and get clear, thoughtful answers. Dr. Eric will assess how your body moves and functions, identify root causes, and work with you to build a personalized roadmap for progress—whether that’s healing, prevention, or performance.

RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOMIZED HYBRID PROGRAM

Once your plan is in place, you’ll begin working 1-on-1 with Dr. Eric through a tailored hybrid coaching model. This includes both in-person and virtual support, combining expert guidance with flexibility and accountability. You’ll receive customized video lessons, movement routines, and progressions—all created specifically for your goals and filmed by Dr. Eric himself. With regular check-ins, ongoing adjustments, and clear, actionable steps, you'll build strength, mobility, and confidence with a coach who truly understands your body and your story.
